here on the week of 7/14/12 had no trouble making friends with each other, making for a very fun week.

Jay Johnson Largemouth Bass

7/27/12 Jay Johnson of Apple Valley MN caught this 21" Largemouth Bass while out fishing in his kayak.

1 lb 4 oz BLUEGILL

Devin Desing of Minnesota landed himself on the "Wall of Fame" when he caught this 10 1/2" Bluegill that weighed 1lb 4 oz. Dad must of done a good job guiding.

7/18/12 BLUEGILL

Grant "G-dog" Guthmiller of MN. displaying his 10 1/4" Bluegill he brought in today. 7/18/12 Jr. Fishermen are.getting it done this week.

Tuesday kids craft.

Today the Jr guests at Aspen Resort got to decorate fish shaped cookies. Fun was had by all.

7/16/12 Bluegill

Matt Jakubowski of New Berlin, WI caught this beautiful 10" Bluegill while fishing at Aspen Resort with family.

7/15/12 Brian Elsesser of Blaine, MN landed this beautiful 10 3/4" Bluegill that weighed in at just over 1 lb.

Resurrection of the fish house

July 4th 2012 storm

Here is a short video clip of the 90mph winds that hit the resort at 2pm on the 4th of July. Luckily no one was hurt but we ended up with damage to building and we lost 84 Trees.

24" WALLEYE

Troy Peterson of Iowa landed this nice 24 inch Walleye while fishing Pelican right.before the storm blew in on 7/2/12.

July comes in like a Lion with daytime temps between 88 and 93 making the lake and the resort pool the place to hang out and be COOL!
